hundreds (well-quite a
few) providers I looked at. My domain name was available

15 USD (some of the others were charging MUCH more!
Our (very) small

replied to my email within minutes, when I couldn't
reach GoDaddy by
phone or email for days!
Thank you for the prompt
replies. I have requested that you transfer the name
ww.columbiafirst.com to you from GoDaddy Software.
I have been unable to get
a response from GoDaddy for several days; I emailed
ALL the addresses they
publish on their website (sales@godaddy.com, billing@godaddy.com,
etc.... five
different addresses in all), but all of my emails
came back as undeliverable. I then
tried to phone them, but for several days, all I got
was a recording saying that
"due to an unusually large amount of calls, we
are unable to take your call at this
time... please try again later." I tried calling
at all hours of the day and night, and
always got this recording. Finally, the recordings
stopped, and the phones just
went unanswered. I was sure that they had gone out
of business.
What a contrast to
your prompt response. You replied to my email within
minutes, when I couldn't reach GoDaddy by phone or
email for days! This
convinced me to switch over to you right away.
Thank you for your
suggestion on how I can get the domain name
www.columbiafirst.com to point to the web pages I
plan to store at your site,
cphosting.com. Please expedite this transfer in any
way that you can, because
as long as the name is still registered to GoDaddy,
I am anxious and nervous
about getting it to work, as you can imagine.
